Construction Engineering Consultants was founded in 2005 by Harold Deatherage, Lloyd Middleton, and David Chapman. For over 18 years CEC consulted on hundreds of projects ranging from residential construction disputes to $150M Interstate Interchanges.
CEC is different from other construction and engineering consultants because of our wealth of diverse experience. CEC provides support through all phases of construction – from project conception and development, to scheduling, and project oversight, through dispute avoidance and resolution when projects don’t go as expected.
